（吉隆坡21日讯）一对好友去年以交付18万盒橡胶手套为由，欺骗一名男子交出逾100万令吉，今日在地庭面控欺诈罪名，但两人不认罪。
首被告旺阿末法汉（30岁）和次被告莫哈末法米（48岁）被指在去年3月17日，于隆市敦依斯迈医生花园某单位，向受害者莫哈末法依兹宣称他们将分发18万盒橡胶手套，诱使受害者将100万1650令吉汇入首被告公司，即Tuntas Abadi私人有限公司银行户头。
被告因此抵触刑事法典第420条文，并可与第34条文同读；一旦罪成，最高刑罚为监禁10年、鞭笞和罚款。
主控官诺阿琪拉副检察司建议，被告各以7万令吉保释，但被告辩护律师大卫以被告是家庭唯一经济支柱，没有犯罪记录为由，要求降低保释金额至8000令吉。
法官拿汀莎峇丽雅最终允许被告各以3万令吉保释金，以及1名担保人保外，并谕令被告交出护照至案件审结。
此案将于8月1日过堂。
