◤全球大流行◢ mRNA疫苗心脏炎风险 CDC：莫德纳比辉瑞高
（华盛顿15日综合电）美国疾病预防与控制中心(CDC)14日称，心肌炎（myocarditis）和心包膜炎（pericarditis）与两款mRNA新冠疫苗莫德纳（Moderna）和辉瑞（Pfizer）都有关，而莫德纳疫苗在某些年龄层可能构成的心脏发炎风险更高。
CDC当天援引”疫苗安全资料库连结”（Vaccine Safety Datalink）系统的数据称，18至29岁男性打完第2剂莫德纳疫苗，心脏发炎发生率为每100万剂97.3例；接种辉瑞疫苗者则为每100万剂81.7例。
CDC统计数据则显示，截至2021年12月19日，已有8674378名5至11岁孩童施打辉瑞加强剂，其中有12例孩童罹患心肌炎；976882名16至24岁青年中则有13例心肌炎案例，显示罹患心肌炎者确实以青壮年居多。
辉瑞（Pfizer）和莫德纳（Moderna）都是mRNA新冠疫苗。
CDC表示，目前可取得的资讯显示，打完mRNA疫苗后出现心肌炎的人，大多数会随着时间过去而康复。
CDC同时称，美国整个疫苗安全监督系统对于心肌炎及心包膜炎的相关发现并不一致，强调确诊者罹患心肌炎的机率，远高于施打新冠疫苗者。
另外，美国食品暨药物管理局（FDA）顾问将于当地14日开会讨论是否批准6至17岁孩童与青少年施打莫德纳疫苗。
