（东京30日综合电）日本兵库县一名25岁国中男老师29日到一间商业设施时，竟偷偷潜入女生厕所，并进入其中一间隔间，随后将手机越过隔板，从上方伸进隔壁隔间，偷拍女性如厕。被害女性听闻相机的喀擦声响后，惊觉有异，一抬头便发现有一台手机对着她，当场追了出去。
《神户新闻》报导，现年25岁的嫌犯任职于姬路市立中学，他周日晚间8时20分左右，在加古川市的一间商业设施的女性厕所内，用智慧型手机偷拍17岁的被害女性。据调查，嫌犯先是偷偷潜入女厕，随后躲进其中一间厕所，并将隔间门反锁。
当时17岁的被害女高中生正好和母亲到此逛街，并进入男子躲藏隔间的隔壁厕所如厕，然而她却突然听到可疑的喀擦声响，随即抬头，没想到就看到隔壁隔间伸过来一台手机，而镜头就对着她。
被害人随即从隔间中出来，并用力敲打男子躲藏的那间隔间的门，男子深怕引来他人，因此随即开门企图逃跑，但最后仍被抓到。被害女学生的母亲立刻拨打110报警，警方抵达现场后则依现行犯将男子逮捕。
嫌犯被逮后随即坦承犯行，并承认自己躲在女厕就是为了偷拍。
