俄罗斯驻波兰大使谢尔盖·安德烈耶夫9日在华沙向苏军战士墓地敬献花圈时遭袭击，报道称，他被人泼红色染料。在场愤怒喊话的波兰人，显然没忘记苏德瓜分波兰和卡廷屠杀等历史事件。
俄外交部发言人扎哈罗娃当天表示，“我们不会被吓倒，新纳粹主义的拥趸再次露出了真面目。”
报道称，现场有情绪激动的人群挡路，还高喊侮辱性口号。袭击发生后，安德烈耶夫在当地警方的陪同下离开了墓地。
安德烈耶夫表示，自己没有受伤，俄驻波兰大使馆将就此事提出抗议。此前，俄罗斯外交部曾要求西方国家保护俄罗斯外交官的安全。
