林盛斌曾遇难搞经纪人 “让人以为你的艺人很跩”
（香港讯）现年42岁的林盛斌（Bob）不时发文分享人生经历，性情直爽的性格深受网友喜爱。6日，林盛斌在社交网络发文向陪伴他多年的经纪人Kaman送上生日祝福，更大赞对方在待人处事上做得非常好，直指所有客户都赞她有100分！贴文中，林盛斌也分享亲身经历，指自己遇过不少与Kaman相反，态度傲慢的经纪人。
林盛斌表示曾遇过经纪人的态度傲慢。
林盛斌透露，身边不时有朋友向他抱怨，想与某些明星、歌手合作时，都会因为他们的经纪人的态度导致打消合作的念头。对此，林盛斌表示感同身受，他认为一些经纪人为了保护艺人，在面对客户时的态度及开出的要求，令人误以为是与国际巨星谈生意：“不知道的还以为你的艺人是艾米能（Eminem）还是火星人布鲁诺（Bruno Mars）。”他更指出有部分经纪人在面对小品牌或者小客户时，其嘴脸及语气就如：“我的艺人肯做你这个工，你要感谢我啦！”

随后，林盛斌分享自己的亲身经历，当时身为DJ的他需要找明星做访问或出席活动，但总会有经纪人会已读不回、或很迟才回复，让他非常不满：“其实你不想做，那就直接帮那个艺人拒绝咯，你觉得价钱不OK，那就跟顾客提出咯，‘要顾客等一下’这套古老的做法，在这个年代和时势，真的行不通啦。”他更认为：“做我们这行，想找到一个好的经纪人，是要上一辈子做了很多好事，今世才会让你遇到。”
