（好莱坞讯）尊尼特普（Johnny Depp）控告前妻安柏赫德（Amber Heard）毁谤一案开庭审理已进入第4周，大众对尊尼特普的支持度越来越高，安柏赫德似乎是担心败诉，她的律师于美国时间3日提出“撤回诉讼”，理由是他们并没有完整陈述自己的主张，但遭到法官驳回，认定民事诉讼继续进行。
当天安柏赫德的第一位证人登场，她请到专制于研究“人际暴力虐待”心理学家暨唐恩休斯（Dawn Hughes）作证，唐恩博士指出，安柏赫德在受到尊尼特普婚内虐待后，产生了创伤后压力症候群（PTSD）。
唐恩博士陈述，安柏赫德从小就要面对有家暴倾向的父亲，“她从小就学会爱一个伤害她的人”，同时指尊尼特普曾对她心理和生理，甚至是性暴力对待。
安柏赫德听著证人讲述自己儿时受到父亲家暴的经历时，忍不住红了眼眶，并在法庭中强忍泪水。然而这项证词，与尊尼特普所请出的心理专家，指出安柏赫德有边缘性人格和表演型人格，完全是截然不同的说法。
此外，一名目击证人也作证指出，尊尼特普对安柏赫德与演员占士法兰高（James Franco）的绯闻相当不满。2015年在波士顿飞往洛杉矶的航班上，两人更爆发争执，当时尊尼特普踢了安柏赫德一脚，还撂下一句“祝妳和妳的情夫玩得愉快”。尊尼特普与前妻安柏赫德预计将持续6周，安柏赫德的证人将陆续登场，她也可能循尊尼特普的前例，自己坐上证人席。
安柏赫德似乎处于舆论劣势，早前才传出换危机公关团队。
