◤俄乌开战◢ 围城设人道走廊撤6000妇孺长者

（基辅21日综合电）乌克兰与俄罗斯达成初步协议，当地20日下午2时起在被困围多时的乌南港城马里乌波尔（Mariupol）设立人道主义走廊，撤走约6000妇孺及老弱者。这是当地数周来首次设立人道走廊的行动。

马里乌波尔市市长博伊琴科（Vadym Boichenko）20日稍早表示，依照俄乌达成的初步协议，希望当天能有90辆巴士载走6000名妇孺和老弱者，也希望双方落实及遵守今次达成的初步协议。

博伊琴科也发声明鼓励民众撤离到扎波罗热（Zaporizhzhia），并保证他们在哪儿将会安全、而且可以得到所需的一切物资，包括食品、药物和必需品。

乌克兰副总理韦列舒克20日晚透露，当天的人道走廊未能按计划进行。

然而，乌副总理韦列舒克（Iryna Andriivna Vereshchuk）20日晚在社交媒体表示，马里乌波尔原定20日设立的人道走廊并没有按计划运作，原因是俄方对自家军队缺乏控制，还有占领者未能确保适当的停火、也未能确保及时将受困民众运送到指定的、已有数十辆公共汽车和救护车等待的地点，称乌克兰方面将在21日继续组织人道走廊。

另有报导指，俄军20日也对马里乌波尔发动了新的进攻。

马里乌波尔具有重要战略地位，战事前当地有40万人口；俄军今对其志在必得，将之重重围困多周，造成数以万计平民丧生，今仍有约10万人受困城中，面对断水电、缺粮及药物的困境，设立人道走廊亦困难重重。

俄军多次被指控在检查站阻挠救援车辆前进，或强行将平民带到俄罗斯或俄控地区。
