（基辅21日综合电）乌克兰首都基辅市政府说，该市波迪尔斯基（Podilsky）地区的民宅和一个购物中心周日深夜遭俄军炮击，造成至少4人身亡。
基辅市长克里契科在个人社交媒体Telegram发文说：“根据我们目前所获得信息，有数个民宅和一栋购物中心被炮击。”
他说，消防队伍已到Retroville购物中心现场尝试扑灭大火。
攻击当时，轰然一声巨响震撼整个市区，Retroville购物中心断壁残垣中，可见多处火光熊熊燃烧。
紧急服务部门在面子书表示，在市区西北部波迪斯基区，“敌人炮轰”引发购物中心数个楼层的大火，并有几辆车起火燃烧。
紧急部门发布的监视画面显示，一巨型爆炸产生蕈状云，接着是连串的小型爆炸。其他录影画面则显示，消防人员从扭曲残骸中拉出至少一人，全身覆盖着瓦砾灰尘。
