◤俄乌开战◢人道走廊开启前 俄空袭21人枉死
（基辅9日综合电）俄罗斯据悉将于莫斯科时间9日早10时（大马时间同日下午3时）起在乌克兰5大城，即基辅、切尔尼戈夫（Chernigov）、苏梅（Sumy）、哈尔科夫（Kharkiv）及马里乌波尔（Mariupol）建立人道走廊，供平民撤离。然而在乌上述5大城的人道走廊开启前，已有21人在俄军空袭中丧命。

据报，乌俄两方原同意于8日在苏梅建立人道走廊，可是当地7日晚遭空袭，造成至少21位平民死亡包含2名儿童。乌外交部发言人尼柯兰科8日晚抨击俄军再次违反停火协议，持续轰炸马里乌波尔至札波罗热的协议通道，因此呼吁各方向俄国施压，并要求俄方遵守局部暂时停火协议。
另外，红十字国际委员会7日也指出，其职员与百姓无法离开乌克兰的马里乌波尔是因战斗再起，以及俄罗斯和乌克兰双方对安全撤离路线未达共识。

红十字国际委员会（ICRC）全球行动主任斯蒂尔哈特称，马里乌波尔的ICRC团队试图离开时，才得知撤离路上被埋了地雷。
斯提尔哈特敦促乌克兰和入侵的俄军即刻为希望经由安全路线离开乌克兰的人达成共识，说明撤离通道的确切路线和开放时间。

传俄第二将军被杀
另一方面，乌克兰当地7日发表简短声明，称俄第41团军参谋长格拉西莫夫少将（Maj. Gen. Vitaly Gerasimov）在哈尔科夫附近连同其他数面高级军官被杀，但未提供他何时被杀的细节；克里姆林宫尚未对此发表评论。
