◤俄乌开战◢ 俄乌次轮谈判3小时 同意建人道走廊撤民
（基辅4日综合电）乌克兰与俄罗斯3日在白罗斯靠近波兰的布雷斯特地区一处秘密地点进行第二轮谈判，历时约3小时结束，双方同意建立人道走廊撤离平民。
双方是在乌克兰失去首座大城、滨临黑海的重要港市赫尔松（Kherson）后举行次轮谈判，2国代表开始隔着谈判桌握手。乌方代表身着军事便服，而俄方代表则穿着正式的西装。
乌克兰总统泽连斯基办公室主任的顾问波多利亚克表示，谈判议程包括停火、休战，以及开放疏散人员的人道主义走廊；俄方要求乌克兰去军事化。

波多利亚克还表示，乌克兰未能在次轮谈判取得预期所要的成果，只有针对安排人道走廊作出决定，指在民众撤离期间，乌俄双方部队会暂时停火；此外双方亦同时就运送粮食及药物达成共识。然而，目前不清楚这个人道走廊如何运作。
俄国代表团负责人梅丁斯基表示，俄国同意支持为平民开辟人道走廊的想法，以及可能在走廊周边实施停火，并形容此是”重大进展”。
俄乌也将尽快展开第三轮谈判，预计未来数日进行。
双方2月28日举行首轮谈判，但没取得任何突破；基辅表示不会接受任何俄罗斯的最后通牒。

乌要求供应飞机
北约成员国因担心引发与拥核武的俄罗斯直接战争，排除了在乌克兰实施禁飞区之后，乌总统泽伦斯基已致电西方国家，要求增强对乌克兰的军事援助。
泽伦斯基在记者会上说，如果北约没有权力关闭领空，”那么给我飞机！”他还说，如果乌克兰不在了，拉脱维亚、立陶宛、爱沙尼亚将是下一个。
泽伦斯基也再次要求与俄罗斯总统普汀对话，指这是唯一结束战争的方法。
据悉，欧盟已提供乌克兰了战机；此外，德国政府亦计划再向乌克兰提供2700枚防空导弹。

俄坚拒停战
与此同时，普汀与俄罗斯国家安全委员会召开视讯会议时重申，要根除”新纳粹”，而且”绝不放弃俄罗斯人和乌克兰人是同一民族的信念”，表示乌克兰的军事行动正按计划进行。
普汀较早与法国总统马克龙通电话，也表示莫斯科将继续这场对抗民族主义武装团体的战役，也扬言俄军将达成行动目标。
