（基辅27日综合电）俄罗斯入侵乌克兰的举动持续第3天，先是发射导弹攻击乌克兰境内多处设施，包括首都基辅在内，同时派遣伞兵部队空降、陆军推进压境，对乌国进行多重打击。事实上，多组特务部队也依照指令潜入乌克兰，扰乱当地人逃难资讯，被乌克兰军队捕获。
乌克兰武装部队透过推特发文表示，俄军在此次作战中也派遣多组特务部队，深入敌后从事侦查、破坏、颠覆等任务工作，而乌军在第二大城哈尔科夫（Kharkiv）捕获俄军特务侦查小组成员，只见该名特务不仅身穿黑衣、头戴黑帽，还携带了2把狙击步枪、1把突击步枪、烟雾弹、手榴弹、空拍无人机，以及相关文件。
其实，先前乌克兰国民卫队（National Guard of Ukraine）就曾在基辅逮捕俄国特务部队8名成员，经过调查后发现，俄军特务人员企图影响首都基辅的防务工作，甚至计划如何在基辅混淆一般民众的避难路线。
另外，《基辅独立报》（The Kyiv Independent）在推特发文指出，来自车臣的特种部队于当地时间周六在基辅州霍斯托梅尔（Hostomel）附近被歼灭，此项消息陆续获得乌克兰总统办公室、国防部证实。
