（台北讯）陶晶莹自创副业卖麻辣烫，不受疫情影响，过年期间连续3天刷新完售时间纪录，身为老板的她体恤员工辛苦，日前宣布要请人。陶晶莹接受媒体电访坦言，找人除了是帮分担店内工作外，也是为接下来拓展店计划，提前做培训。
陶晶莹卖辣杯杯麻辣烫，开幕两个月屡创销售佳绩，业绩好到5个股东老板每天轮流到店内帮忙，就连老公李李仁某天要来接她回家，没想到到了店里看到人流没停过，生意好到连碗都来不及洗，他便直接拿了大水桶，到百货洗碗区把碗拿回店上。原本只是去载老婆回家的他，最后也忙到百货打烊后才回家。
陶晶莹辣杯杯1月初开幕时，她人正在隔离中无法参与，隔离结束后只要有空就会去店上帮忙。她表示，到现场主要是帮员工打气，至今近两个月的时间，就创下每天近6位数佳绩，不仅自己没想到，就连百货楼馆也没料到，“开幕时百货楼管只给10台震动叫号牌机，因为生意太好，后来再补10台。”
