（吉隆坡19日讯）首相拿督斯里依斯迈沙比里以“苏先生”举例，指这名单亲爸爸在公司倒闭后失业，如今已透过“我的未来工作” （MYFutureJobs）求职网站，寻得高级工地主管的工作。
他说，45岁的苏先生起初也没信心可重新工作，后者的妻子离世后，他仍需养大3名孩子。
“苏先生最终获录取为高级工地主管，他是数千名获政府援助找到工作的其中一人。因此政府将继续援助更多同样命运，又或面对不同挑战者找到工作。
首相也提到，人资部今年将提供312个公开面试项目及就业嘉年华，本次嘉年华将有50个跨领域雇主，提供超过1万2000个就业机会。
为了减少就业错配，他吁请业者考虑社会变化，以采取更好的招聘策略，包括更灵活工作环境，以创造更好的就业匹配。
“雇主也应更有创意，为员工提供更好的就业保障，确保他们与雇主同在。”
