俄对外情报局局长：乌正在为战争做准备
（莫斯科11日综合电）俄罗斯对外情报局局长纳雷什金10日对媒体表示，乌克兰正在紧锣密鼓地备战，并且毫不隐瞒。
纳雷什金称，乌克兰所有具有战斗力的武装力量已经集中在与顿巴斯的接触线上，数百吨的军事装备和弹药正从美国在欧洲的军事基地、从英国和加拿大运送至乌克兰。一支北约特种部队的顾问和教官队伍正在组建中。甚至出现了存在多国极端分子队伍的消息。
纳雷什金指，乌克兰安全局和武装部队准备在接触线上挑衅，并打算以编造叙利亚“白头盔”的方式将其记录下来。“白头盔”组织活跃在叙利亚反对派武装控制区，曾被质疑视频造假、与恐怖组织有关联等。西方媒体的“宣传队伍”在当地的人数也在成倍增加。
纳雷什金指出，西方针对俄罗斯要“侵略”乌克兰的指责是毫无根据的。俄罗斯过去和现在没有任何“入侵”的计划，而围绕着这个问题发生的一切是经过精心策划的挑衅，这是非常危险和充满恶意的谎言。俄罗斯清楚背后的推手和他们使用的手段。纳雷什金强调，战争不符合俄罗斯和乌克兰人民的利益，任何情况下战争都将带来沉重的后果。
乌克兰东部地区局势近来再趋紧张。乌方称，俄罗斯在乌俄边境地区集结军队，对乌安全构成威胁。俄方则指出，北约国家及其他势力的军事力量在俄边境地区正变得更为活跃，这迫使俄方保持警惕，俄正采取必要措施确保边境安全。
