◤柔佛州选◢ 陈亚才：因权斗滥用民主程序 4州选举很不健康

（吉隆坡24日讯／独家报导）柔佛州选在即，至今已有4个州属脱离全国大选独自举行州选，即便制度上没有错，但时事评论员陈亚才认为，这似乎倾向权力斗争和干预司法的滥用民主程序，实为不健康现象。

他说，大马采取联邦制，理论上州选和大选可分开举行，但过去因国阵长期执政，除了东马州属，其他州都是与中央政府集中和统一举行选举，好处是可同时集中资源和组织动员。

“目前州和中央选举给人感觉开始脱节，不同步进行，这种现象反而不是因政府快到期限或任期届满，更多是因各政党之间的权力斗争，让人感觉选举的必要性和时间性没太大关联。”

陈亚才今日接受《中国报》访问时指出，马六甲州选是执政党内部矛盾引发，但其他州属的情况，则主要是因为巫统想推动全国大选，并有相对把握可占据主导地位，重新掌权。

他直言，巫统长期以来官司派的其中一个大问题，即给人想透过赢得选举掌权，改变官司裁决的印象。

“试图用行政干预或左右司法判决结果，这反而不是健康现象，目前给大家的印象，是朝向这个方向。虽然制度上可这么做，州政府或首相有权力举行选举，制度上没错，却有滥用民主程序之嫌。”

柔佛苏丹依布拉欣于本月22日接见大臣拿督哈斯尼后，御准解散柔佛州议会，柔佛州选将在60天内举行。

马六甲州选举则在去年11月20日举行，国阵在28个州席中夺下21席再次执政；砂拉越州选则在12月18日上演，砂拉越政党联盟在82席中狂胜76席执政；沙巴州选则在前年9月26日举行，沙民阵以38席促成变天。
