向清洁承包商收贿2700 隆市局官员罚1.8万

（吉隆坡10日讯）一名吉隆坡市政局行政助理官员因向2名清洁承包商持有人收取2700令吉贿赂，今日被控上庭时俯首认罪，被判1万8000令吉罚款。

若被告无法缴付罚款，需以15个月监禁取代。

控状指出，被告莫哈末哈尔菲（45岁）被指在2014年1月至2017年6月，接收来自2名清洁承包商持有人，汇入其马银行美丹端姑分行银行户头的贿款，而抵触刑事法典第165条文（公务员不得接受任何贵重物品或礼物）。

一旦罪成，可被判最高2年监禁或罚款，或两者兼施。

被告随后也回应，表示明白。

法官宣判，第1至第3项控状，每项罪名被判3000令吉罚款，否则以2个月监禁取代，至于第4至第6项控状，每项罪名被判3000令吉罚款，否则就以3个月监禁取代。

被告代表律师为拉斯苏里安，此案主控官是法迪里副检察司。

法迪里随后告诉记者，被告还会被控另外86项控状，此案将在本月19日过堂。

去年3月12日，被告也被控120项收贿控罪，但他否认有罪。
