（吉隆坡23日讯）受水灾影响家庭的一家之主，可以申请1000令吉的补偿援助金（Bantuan Wang Ihsan），而亲人不幸在水灾中逝世，则可获得5000令吉抚恤金。
国家天灾管理机构（NADMA）今日在面子书贴文指出，无论是否搬迁至临时疏散中心（PPS），灾民皆可提出申请，所有申请将会由个别的县议会核对和处理。
援助金申请条件如下：
1.持有大马卡的大马公民
2.必须是灾民
3.房屋登记在私人名下
4.以一家之主（KIR）的名字登记为灾民
5.必须实名名记
备注：
1.如果搬迁至临时疏散中心，申请援助金时须先向社会福利局登记。
2.如果没有留在临时疏散中心，须向个别的社区领袖或乡村发展与安全委员会（JPKK）登记。
