被迫签无底薪合约 《爱回家》潘金莲黯然离巢

（香港讯）TVB情景剧《爱.回家之开心速递》收视高企，不过继饰演“佐治”的张明伟离开后，在剧中主动追求他的“威龙潘金莲Anita”的梁茵也因约满黯然离巢，其后她透露离开原因，是因为公司指她过去包薪合约“秀”不达标，所以要求她签下无底薪的合约，她因无法接受愤而离开。
据《娱壹》报导，梁茵于10月合约到期，她因无法接受公司开出的续约条件，曾跟公司理论，且每次谈续约时都会先遭到践踏，因此即使有多不舍，她决定拒签无底薪合约。
梁茵因《爱.回家之开心速递》中扮演拜金女“威龙潘金莲Anita”而成功入屋，对于被指“秀”不达标，梁茵感到很疑惑，她表示在剧集中经常出现，“其实我算来算去，我觉得我不会不够。”
梁茵透露，底薪仅有数千港元，高峰期虽然会有不少“秀”，不过仅能维持生计，她在TVB快9年，薪金有减没加，“以前有数百个秀，之后慢慢减少到60、70个，我的薪水不断减少，当我跟他们反映经济困难时，他们就说演员是要这样挨（苦）的。”
梁茵还委屈说：“我们努力时，你说我们不够秀，接著你又说我们不够勤奋，所以公司给你无底薪的合约，我和一般市民一样，为赚钱努力工作，如果无底薪，对我生活没保障，本来工钱就低，还要压榨，我真的无法生存下去。”
不过梁茵后来也在社交平台写下：“在公司9年来，我演绎过不同的御用角色，试过演青楼女子、拜金港女、情妇、花瓶等角色，真的感激公司让我有机会发挥 ，留给观众深刻印象，实在感激不尽。”
