◤阿富汗变天◢塔利班：战争已结束 “赦免所有反对派”
（喀布尔18日综合电）塔利班重夺阿富汗政权，并于当地时间周二，在首都喀布尔举行首场官方记者会。塔利班发言人穆贾希德（Zabihullah Mujahid）说，阿富汗战争已结束，所有反对派人士都将获得赦免。他表示，塔利班希望与其他国家建立和平关系，并会在伊斯兰教法的框架内尊重女性的权利。
塔利班主要发言人穆贾希德在记者会上说，塔利班不会对前政府军士兵和西方支持的阿富汗政府官员进行报复，并称该组织将赦免他们以及受雇于国际部队的承包商和翻译，“战争已经结束……（领导人）已经赦免所有人。所有反对派都被赦免，我们不会寻求报复。没有人会伤害你们，没有人会敲你们的门。”

穆贾希德称，塔利班很快就会建立一个政府，并表示将“与各方联系”，但并未透露政府组成细节。
穆贾希德说，私人媒体在阿富汗可以继续保持自由和独立，他并补充，塔利班将在其文化框架内致力于媒体发展。
穆贾希德表示，女性将被允许工作和读书，而且“将在社会中非常活跃，但必须是在伊斯兰教框架内”。
塔利班多哈政治办公室发言人沙辛（Suhail Shaheen）则对英国天空新闻台（Sky News）表示，将不会强制女性穿着全套罩袍布卡（burqa）。他说，“布卡不是唯一可以穿着的头巾（Hijab），有不限于布卡的不同类型头巾。”但他并未说明塔利班认为可以接受的头巾类型。
塔利班1996年至2001年统治阿富汗期间，女子学校被关闭，女性被禁止旅行和工作，且被迫在公共场合穿着全套罩袍。
除了对服装的担忧之外，许多国家和人权团体也对阿富汗女性未来的教育权提出警告。
对此，沙辛也试图提供保证，“女性可以接受小学至高等教育的教育－这代表着大学。我们在国际记者会上宣布过这个政策，在莫斯科记者会和多哈记者会都说过。”
