（北京28日综合电）在中国享麻辣烫“教父”美誉、超过6000家门店的杨国福麻辣烫，被微博视频博主踢爆店内卫生环境脏乱，不仅蟑螂随处可见、店员明知食材被老鼠咬过却照用，工作人员洗鞋、洗菜、洗抹布不分池，猪肺除了当抹布擦拭肮脏的盆壁外，不清理便直接水煮使用。另外，当天卖剩下的食材并没有放入冰箱保存，第二天混合着新食材继续售卖。

新闻曝光后火速冲上热搜，网民纷纷表示“不敢吃了！真的不敢想像和老鼠分享口粮”。杨国福麻辣烫25日发布致歉声明称，涉事门店已经停业整顿，公司已派工作人员前往监督。

名为“内幕纠察局”的微博视频博主，日前发布杨国福麻辣烫的暗访视频。视频显示，杨国福麻辣烫店里环境脏乱，不但蟑螂随处可见、遍地老鼠屎、猪肺不清理直接下水煮、配料袋也直接下锅。

除了上述这些卫生问题，该店厨房的风扇满是油污，垃圾桶敞开着，一个不留神蚊虫的尸体还会掉进外卖包装盒里。

杨国福麻辣烫成立于2003年，前身是“杨记麻辣烫”，创始人杨国福1970年出生于黑龙江哈尔滨。2015年，杨国福麻辣烫将集团总部设于上海；杨国福麻辣烫的官网上显示，明确规定加盟商要“操作和服务规范标准化：管理模式及操作规范严格按照餐饮服务标准执行”，但近年来杨国福麻辣烫被频繁曝出食品安全问题。
