◤新冠又一年◢40岁以上完成接种 冀8月后会好转
（吉隆坡3日讯）卫生部前副部长李文材希望国内疫情在8月过后会有所好转，然而，他认为当时候的确诊病例已不重要，只要40岁以上人士都已完成接种冠病疫苗，国家医疗系统的压力就不会太大。
“政府应该让40岁以上人士完成接种，若他们已完成接种，我们就不用太担心了，因为一般的年轻人重病率不多。”
他解释，年轻人确诊后，需要住院和死亡率较低；相反的，年纪较大的人是年轻人的好几十倍。

“若未来一个月，年纪大的人完成接种疫苗，若再有病例，他们（确诊者）的住院率、死亡率和加护病房的使用率，也不高。
“在这之后，单日确诊介于5000至6000宗，也无需过于担心。”
他认为，大马可效仿泰国政府的做法，在封锁地区专注冠病疫苗接种工作，但这只有在疫情受控时进行，才比较实际。
“一般上，在强管令加快接种疫苗是正确的，但是国内疫苗供应有限，加上封锁的地区很广，因此难以实践。”
