◤新冠又一年◢胡栋强促曹观友 厘清私企捐疫苗4疑点
（槟城21日讯）民政党槟州主席胡栋强促槟州首长曹观友厘清4项“200万剂科兴新冠疫苗捐赠”事件的疑点，且是否有行动党人士曾为沙巴商人杨志光撰函提呈？
他说，“私企捐疫苗”疑云的神秘商人杨志光，接受媒体访问时，指被指疑点重重、不符标准公函格式的疫苗捐献献议信，是出自槟州行动党人士的手笔。
胡栋强今日发文告，促曹观友还原真相，交代这封献议信背后的真相。

他说，从杨志光接受媒体的访谈，有至少4个疑点待厘清，包括：
（1）买200万剂科兴疫苗不是小交易，槟州政府是否曾分析杨志光的背后动机？
（2）原本首长指是一家企业公司愿意捐赠疫苗，怎么突然变成对方指以个人名义捐献？
（3）杨志光指信件列出的是其私人地址，非公司地址；若非有人提供，撰稿的行动党人士怎么会写错？是谁在撒谎？
（4）目前向中国购买疫苗，都是透过政府对政府的形式进行。若牵涉个人或企业购买，也须与中方有一定的关系及显赫背景。这点，杨志光或其公司的背景仍是谜。
胡栋强说，杨志光无法向科学、工艺与革新部办公室官员出示献捐的证据 ，比如能证明有能力购买疫苗或捐款给政府等，更加剧可疑性。
“综合上述疑点，我们更想知道，是否有行动党人士，在没有十足把握下，为这个商人提笔撰写这封破绽连连的信函？而前首长林冠英在日前的记者会，那么激进、失态地捍卫这项可疑献议的背后，是否有什么议程？”
