一、戒掉高糖分饮食
吃甜食、喝含糖饮料，许多人会觉得增加幸福感，但也会让体态变得更福气，还可能会伤害到肌肤。摄取过多糖分，会导致肌肤变得暗沉、松弛、肥胖等问题，当然，颜值也不会好到哪去。想要拥有完美的肌肤质感，先戒掉含糖食物，才能维持透亮滑嫩度及肌肤弹性。
二、勤搽乳液、护手霜
肌肤保水除了平日里多喝开水补充外，外用也非常重要，肌肤会发出干燥警讯，出现干痒、龟裂、泛红。但滋养的乳液、护手霜，不是等到警讯出现才开始使用，而是要经常补充，一年四季都不可忽略。
并非昂贵的保养品一定有效，而是要适合自己肌肤的。
三、不是昂贵保养品才有效果
盲从跟风的保养，是许多人花冤枉钱的主因。许多人看到广告效果，跟周边的朋友用某些牌子好用，就会花许多钱去跟风，却得不到效果。昂贵保养品，虽并非真的无效，只要购买前，必须先确认适不适合自己肤质再做决定。
想要肌肤有一定的精致度，不一定要使用贵妇等级的保养品。想要透彻地改善肌肤状况，除了要有专业的皮肤科医生诊断外，更重要的是别随意涂抹不了解产品状况的保养品在脸上，才不会造成肌肤负担。
四、规律的生活
熬夜会使得肌肤显得暗沉、没精神，但想要有好的肌肤，靠着改善暗沉、美白商品来辅助达到光鲜亮彩的肌肤质地，就要花更多的钱去弥补。
不如让自己有好的睡眠品质，跟正常作息来调整肌肤。若本身就是睡不好的人，可在睡前15至30分钟，远离科技产品带来的伤害，或是泡个提高睡眠品质的足浴，可以有效帮助睡眠，还能让肌肤血液循环变好。
