内蒙黄河边现大量死猪 惹忧非洲猪瘟疫情再起
（北京22日综合电）中国两年前爆发猪瘟，当地养猪农重创，目前还在逐渐复苏当中。但黄河内蒙古达拉特旗段近日出现大量死猪，惹人忧心又出现非洲猪瘟疫情。
新华社主办的《半月谈》新媒体21日报导，记者上周二在黄河内蒙古达拉特旗段发现，几乎每隔20、30公尺都能看见重达近百公斤的死猪，约30公里的黄河大堤沿线，看到5处猪尸，至少有26头死猪。有的猪尸已剩下干瘪的皮囊，有的风化成为尸骨。
上周六记者从德胜营子村沿黄河内蒙古达拉特旗段东行，又发现20多头猪尸。
当地民众认为可能是被人恶意丢弃。有村民受访表示，不清楚死猪来源，但“可能是其他地方的养猪人把死了的猪拉到这里抛弃”。
报导忧心地指出，当地天气逐渐转暖，这些不明来历、不明死因的猪尸正在腐烂，“万一它们是疫病死亡猪，恐成为可怕的传染源”。
《半月谈》周日刊出报导后，旋即引发中国舆论的质疑和愤怒，事发的达拉特旗政府，也在当晚达立即成立应急处置领导小组，赶赴现场核实处置。
其中，公安正在对现场进行调查取证，农牧（疫控）部门已对死猪进行采样，同步开展流行病学调查等追踪溯源工作，并对死猪进行收集和无害化处理，对丢弃死猪区域进行全面消毒。
中国于2019年爆发非洲猪瘟疫情，当时全国陷入猪肉荒、猪肉价格飙涨，迄今依然深受其害。中国养猪场今年初又出现非洲猪瘟新病毒株，业内人士研判，新病毒株最有可能是非法疫苗所导致。因此《半月谈》这篇报导，掀起许多恐惧。
