追查恋童犯罪网络 德国挖出3万嫌犯
（柏林1日综合电）德国当局通报，追查出一个庞大的恋童犯罪网络，里面3万多条涉案线索，挖出3万多潜在犯罪嫌犯。截至目前，已在德国各地确认70多名嫌犯的身分。
北莱茵-威斯特法伦州（简称北威州）司法部长比森巴赫周一（29日）在杜塞尔多夫召开新闻发布会，通报警方正在追查一起发生在贝尔吉施格拉德巴赫市的连环儿童性侵案，结果发现3万多条涉案线索，并揭露出幕后潜藏的一个大型跨境恋童犯罪网络，其用户主要来自德语国家。更为恶劣的是，在这一平台上，不仅存在个体作案，还存在更多有组织性的犯罪。
比森巴赫指出，这起案件显示，犯罪行为已经上升至新的层面，这种网络犯罪行为的传播速度已超出了想象。他指出，调查小组发现的内容“令人深感不安”，“我们必须意识到，如今网络性侵及虐待儿童的犯罪行为比我们之前想象的还要广泛。目前，仅根据贝尔吉施格拉德巴赫市调查小组找到的线索，就可能挖出3万多潜在犯罪嫌疑人”。

北威州网路犯罪刑侦中心发表声明中说，那些受到调查的嫌犯在匿名网路讨论平台和聊天室，分享儿童与青少年的色情内容，包括虚拟和/或真实的虐待行为。
上述最初调查的儿童性侵案中，警方于去年10月在科隆附近的贝尔吉施格拉德巴赫市逮捕1名男子约格之后，警方再从约格开始调查遍布全德的儿童色情影像交流圈。北威州网络犯罪工作组也加入这次行动，并扩大调查范围，迄今已经确定了72名嫌疑便对恋童癖网络展开调查。
除了贝尔吉施格拉德巴赫市，比森巴赫还提到，在北威州另两座城市吕格和明斯特，最近也发现类似的重大儿童性侵案。当地警方和司法部门将采取一切可能的方法来彻查这些罪行，将罪犯绳之于法，让他们承担应有的法律责任。
