◤一马案◢ 沙鲁：称获纳吉同意 刘特佐建议商人当董事
（吉隆坡11日讯）一马发展公司（1MDB）前总执行长拿督沙鲁阿兹拉指出，商人拿督王金发（译音）获委成为该公司董事局成员之一，是出自大马富商刘特佐的建议，后者也向他宣称此建议已获前首相拿督斯里纳吉同意。
“当时所发生的事是，我们正在扩大董事局的过程，即从原有的董事局成员丹斯里依斯米和我自己等人，当中出现讨论要带入一些非土著的董事，以反映纳吉倡议的‘一个马来西亚’愿景。”
沙鲁解释，王金发之所以会被选为董事，是因为后者是一名独立商人，对地产发展具有知识。
“我听说是纳吉要一个新的视角看待事情，因此他不想要同一批旧面孔出现在董事局内。”
纳吉被控25项涉及1MDB控状案迈入第34天审讯，控方第9名证人沙鲁是在接受辩方首席律师丹斯里沙菲宜盘问时，披露上述事宜。
此外，沙鲁证实，1MDB总投资长聂法依扎在加入1MDB前，曾在属刘特佐持有的第一银行集团（UBG）担任执行董事（投资）。
沙鲁解释，他曾在2009年9月或10月期间，询问当时已加入1MDB的执行董事唐敬志（译音）是否可以担任1MDB总投资长一职，惟唐氏婉拒有关献议。
“之后我询问刘特佐，他是否有任何人选提议，从而出现了聂法依扎的名字。”
另一方面，沙鲁证实，1MDB董事局是在2011年1月，首次获得有关PetroSaudi国际公司子公司即沙地石油油气服务公司（PSOSL）的资料简报。
沙鲁生病周二休庭
基于沙鲁身体抱恙，纳吉涉及1MDB案于周一（11日）的审讯提早结束，法官将案件定于周三（13日）续审。
主控官阿末阿克兰副检察司于周一开庭时告知法官柯林劳伦斯，指沙鲁已通知他有关身体抱恙并已服用药物，因此可继续供证；沙菲宜之后逐开始盘问沙鲁。
虽然如此，当纳吉其被控涉及7项涉及SRC国际私人有限公司资金的控状案表罪裁决后，从吉隆坡第3刑事高庭返回第1刑事高庭准备1MDB案续审时，主控官拿督斯里哥巴斯里南高级副检察司在开庭后，向法官申请要求展延审讯至周三，因为沙鲁的身体真的非常不适，无法在周一下午和周二（12日）继续供证。
哥巴斯里南说，他不要证人在没反映其真实想法情况下供证；而沙菲宜对此申请表明无异议。
法官最终批准哥巴斯里南的申请。
