敦马独断独行委拉蒂花 林吉祥开腔了
（振林山9日讯）行动党依斯干达布蒂里区国会议员林吉祥指出，透过宪法落实希盟宣言的第14项承诺尚未到位，造成首相敦马哈迪行使其专有权力任命拉蒂花为反贪污委员会首席专员时，在宪法上正确，但在政治上却出现错误的不利局面。
他发文告说，以资格和能力而论，拉蒂花的能力是没有人能质疑的，但抗议拉蒂花出任反贪会首席专员的人并没有错。
他相信，若拉蒂花目前不是受争议的当事人，她也会站在争议前线，批评以这样的方式来委任反贪会首席专员。
林吉祥说，委任拉蒂花为反贪会一姐引起的争议，也带给希盟领袖两个重要的教训，即希盟领袖彼此间持续建立信任的重要性，以及希盟领袖需要重申希望联盟宣言成为新马来西亚之路的承诺。
此外，他说，拉蒂花出任反贪会首席专员的最大挑战是，能否于任期内在反贪腐战争中将大白鲨绳之以法，一旦成功，将能促使我国走上转型之路，从腐败国家变成以诚信引领世界的国家。
他也说，希盟政府在执政第二年，必须根据竞选宣言，在建立新马来西亚的目标上取得更大的成就，反贪斗争是其中一个重要目标。
