（台北1日综合电）台北市士林区下树林街惊传70岁萧姓老夫妇双双陈尸家中命案，警方调查，萧姓夫妇的女儿在日本与伊拉克籍夫婿Jumaah结婚1年育有1子，但最近夫妻失和，萧女带着1岁儿回台，Jumaah从日本追来借住岳父母家，前晚疑因发生争执，Jumaah竟涉嫌以毛巾勒毙岳父母，再带着1岁儿连夜脱逃出境。士林地检署襄阅主任主察官邱智宏指出，目前已对Jumaah发布出入境留置的境管通知，并依法发出拘票，拘提不到将发布通缉。
据了解，Jumaah的妻子萧女今天下午被带到士林警分局制作笔录时，Jumaah正好用LINE打电话来，Jumaah在电话中自称目前人在巴格达，萧女心急如焚的不断询问儿子安危，萧女非常担心丈夫也对儿子有暴力行为，因为萧女就是因为在日本遭受丈夫家暴才跑回台湾。
检警调查，萧姓夫妻均为公务员退休人士，女儿在美国攻读硕士期间结识Jumaah，1年多前在日本公证结婚并育有1岁儿子，但大约一个星期前萧女与Jumaah发生争执还遭殴打，愤而带着1岁儿子返台住到哥哥家，Jumaah也从日本追来，藉口要探视儿子借住岳父母家。
士检指出，Jumaah全名为Ali Hammad Jumaah，现年31岁，伊拉克籍，周二上午8时许携同1岁多幼子搭机离境，检察官除发出拘票并请移民署协助实施入出境管制，后续还将透过一切可能管道搜寻该名嫌犯下落，检方周三并公布Jumaah的照片，吁请民众协助提供侦查线索及其行踪，以协助检警早日将他缉捕到案。至于萧姓老夫妇详细死因，因为解剖至下午仍在进行中，还有待进一步鉴定确认。
