学生辱华人“妓女”风波 IMU勒令停学
（吉隆坡12日讯）国际医药大学（IMU）医学系学生KIREN RAJ在面子书发表对女性不尊重言论风波最新进展，IMU纪律委员会也已勒令该名学生暂时停学以及需要呈交书面解释（Show Cause Letter)。
IMU今午在其面子书发文告指出，校方管理层昨天已针对相关事件召开紧急会议讨论，之后决定由IMU纪律委员会介入调查此事。
“我们昨天发出一封要求进行书面解释的信件于这名学生，并让他在家面壁思过，等待校方的通知。”
文告说，与此同时，校方已安排该名学生进行医疗评估及行为辅导。
由于IMU纪律委员会就此事展开的调查正在进行中，在整个程序结束之前，校方不会再作任何进一步陈述。
另一方面，截至今午，由网民所发动要求IMU处分KIREN RAJ的联署人数已破4万人。
较早前，该大学昨晚通过面子书发布文告指出，大学副校长彼得帕在周日发文告说明大学管理层已察觉有关事件，有关同学也同意并配合删除引起争议的留言。
文告指出，该大学绝不包容任何类似行为，大学在2012∕2013年把社交媒体条款纳入学生行为守则内，概要是使用社媒体专业、道德行为和作业方式，所有学生都必须遵守。
