硕士啃老女 钝器弑母亲
（台北3日综合电）台湾台北市士林区一名经营服饰店的73岁林姓妇人，周五深夜11时许疑遭女儿虐死家中，警消到场发现妇人倒卧床边，已无呼吸心跳，而且全身受伤流血，头部还有一处明显外伤。
死者的女儿声称，母亲晚间返家途中遭歹徒攻击，她发现母亲全身伤才赶紧报警，但警方怀疑林女涉嫌重大，已将人逮回侦讯，令人费解的是，警方持拘票逮人时，被问及杀母原因，她竟淡淡说出“脑子里有一股神秘的力量，要我这么做，但我不知道做了什么。”
案发后，林女已被警方逮捕归案。
警方表示，73岁林姓死者与43岁的女儿，同住在士林区天母东路一处高级住宅，林妇平时经营服装店，但前天晚间北市消防局接获女儿报案，表示母亲全身伤需要救护，随即派遣救护车前往林妇家中，但是救护员一进门发现，林妇全身是血且多处擦挫伤，已无生命迹象，而且头部有一明显外伤，疑遭钝器殴打所致，立即通报辖区警方介入调查。
死者女儿事发当晚向警方供称，当时她独自在家，周五晚间母亲突由2名身高约170公分的男子送回，她发现母亲被打的鼻青脸肿，“但因平日不会过问母亲交友状况，所以没有多问”，后来发现母亲状况不对才赶紧报案，没想到母亲送医后就死亡。警方根据林女说法，调阅相关闭路电视画面后，发现事发当时，死者独自步行返家，进入大楼时根本没有人陪同，拆穿女儿说法，认为她涉嫌重大，周六晚上警方持检察官核发的拘票拘提林女，林女当时精神状况非常不稳定，被问及杀母原因，她竟淡淡说出，“脑子里有一股神秘的力量，要我这么做，但我不知道做了什么。”疑似在情绪不稳的状况下犯下杀母命案。
警方表示，周六中午相验死者遗体时，发现死者头部及手部有大片瘀青，疑似遭棍棒重击所致，士林分局侦查队与台北市警局刑事鉴识中心昨前往林妇住处进行采证，由于死者陈尸卧房，房间内的床单及枕头上被发现多处血迹，但案发现场明显有清理过痕迹，警方在现场查扣包括扫把、拖把等棍棒，但初步未发现棍棒上有血迹，目前还在搜寻林女可能用来犯案的凶器，并将相关证物送往鉴验。
女儿曾获美国硕士
检警调查后指出，死者丈夫10多年前因病猝逝，留下房产给死者，其女儿则是9年前，从美国获得硕士学位后返台，返台后都闲赋在家，没有工作。邻居私下透露，死者生前身体健康，每天早上都会去游泳运动，上周五有隐约听到死者与女儿的争吵声。林女警讯时则坚称，母亲在事发当晚回到家中时已满身伤，坚称母亲是在返家途中遭歹徒攻击所致，否认虐打母亲致死。
林女向警方供称母亲平日经营服装店，多半都是自己出门去顾店，她不清楚母亲的交友状况，林女指称2个月前母亲也曾鼻青脸肿的返家，但因2人不会过问对方的交友状况，所以她没有多问母亲，还坚称她与母亲感情很好，鲜少争吵，还向警方懊悔的说，“早知道当时就多问几句。”警方讯后将林女涉嫌杀害直系血亲尊亲属罪嫌移送士林地检署侦办。
