（吉隆坡10日讯）前首相拿督斯里纳吉挑战联邦法院前法官拿督斯里哥巴斯里南受委率领检控团队，处理纳吉涉及的一马发展公司案，总检察署今日声称，将会对纳吉的申请提出反对。
高级联邦律师三苏哈山在休庭后指出，纳吉早在之前已经向刑事法庭提出申请，要求撤换哥巴斯里南，法官阿兹扎择定于1月29日，聆听总检察署的反对申请。
纳吉是透过代表律师丹斯里沙菲宜禀法庭，要求法庭重新检讨哥巴斯里南的委任，以及撤换哥巴斯里南作为处理纳吉被控涉及一马发展公司案的主控官。
此外，沙菲宜在庭外受询时说，他就纳吉面对25项滥权及洗黑钱罪的刑事案，以及他本身面对的4项洗黑钱和报假税罪名，向法庭提出申请，挑战哥巴斯里南受委处理这两宗案件的提控程序。
“我们就这两宗案件，一同入禀法庭提呈申请司法检讨。我们反对的理由是因为哥巴斯里南是前法官，他不能同时受委为主控官和代表律师，他必须是长期主控官，不能‘跳来跳去’。
“尽管这是两宗不同的案件，不过我相信法庭很大可能会一起聆审。”
